The location was convenient. Secure parking was available, a real benefit. I appreciated the ensuite bath (it had a nice bath!). Breakfast had a good selection in a lovely lounge area.
The room was on the ground floor. Noise was noticeable from outside the window (it bothered my sleep). The bed and pillows were not very comfortable for me. I found them not very comfortable.

Reasonable Stay with a Few Hiccups
traffic noise dirty cups
I found a couple of issues . The room lacked air conditioning, uncomfortably warm. Opening the window led to significant traffic noise. the coffee machine in the lobby was out of order. Dirty cups were left sitting out. not the most luxurious experience.

cute staff available snacks cheap decor small toilet seat
staff were helpful and cute. coffee and snacks were available in the lobby.
i found that the online photos of the rooms gave the impression they were high quality, decorated in a georgian style but the decor looked cheap and was not well maintained. the plastic toilet seat was too small for the toilet.

georgian charm with slight discomfort
helpful staff free coffee
the staff provided excellent service. the free coffee and pastries in the lobby were a nice touch. i also appreciated that they stored my luggage after checkout since my flight was later that day. the hotel is located close to public transportation.
the room was quite warm. there was no air conditioning or fan available. i had to keep the window open at night, resulting in significant traffic noise, which impacted my sleep.

Mediocre Stay with Room Issues
missing plugs leaky faucet
The hotel is conveniently located, a short walk from local attractions.
The room I received was not what I expected. There were no plugs near the bed, I only found one in the entire room. This was frustrating since I needed to charge my phone overnight. The sink faucet was also loose and leaked. I'm quite disappointed with this experience.

Acceptable stay with a few issues
parking situation insufficient outlets
The parking situation was not ideal I had to look for alternative options after arriving late. My room lacked sufficient outlets near the bed I found only two in the entire room. The breakfast arrangement required specifying the desired time the night before that felt inconvenient.
